Returns & Refunds
ABAYAS
- As all orders are made to order with your desired sizes, we do not offer refunds if there is no Fault from our side. We encourage customers to carefully review their orders and sizes before placing them to ensure satisfaction.
- If you receive the product and decide that you do not like it or no longer want it, we are unable to issue a refund. We encourage customers to carefully consider their purchase before placing an order.
- No exchange or Refund unless the item had any manufacturing defects.
- We do offer refunds in the case of a faulty product or if incorrect orders are received by the client. Please be assured that all our pieces undergo a thorough quality check before they are sent out.
DRESSES OR KAFTANS
- We might accept request for exchange or refund made within 3 DAYS of receiving your order. Any/all delivery and shipping charges for exchange will be paid by the customer.
- Any special requests for any customization (change to size/length of the product) should be communicated to the customer service team before the order is placed. Once the order is placed, we do not accept refunds.
